WHAT WILL YOU LEARN IN THE COURSE?

Module 2 Scene

1. Introduction to Post-Production

1. We’ll dive into the concept of post production broadly, exploring how it works in major productions. Then we’ll focus on architectural visualization so you can see how to apply these ideas to your projects.

2. You’ll explore key areas of 2D, such as Rotoscoping, Clean Up, Matte Painting, Compositing, and Color. In Archviz, these appear more subtly but make all the difference. We’ll place special emphasis on Compositing and Color so you can master techniques that take your projects to the next level.

3. We’ll cover the main plugins used throughout the course.

2. Interface and Basic Tools

1. After Effects basic interface, importing, file preparation, and basic adjustments and effects.

2. Explanation of concepts such as interpolation and FPS.

3. At the end of the second module, we’ll create a scene from scratch! You will apply all the basic concepts learned, making the most of the render elements to give volume to your render. And there’s more: we will explore how to use plugins to create camera blur, making the result even more impressive.

3. Fundamentals of Compositing for Archviz

1. We will learn the main adjustments and their uses, such as Curves, Levels, Color Balance, Hue/Saturation, and Selective Color.

2. We will extract the maximum from render elements to boost your compositions. We’ll understand how they work in the software and how to combine them with masks, ensuring total control over your scene.

3. You will learn about tracking to align elements in your scene, how to apply backgrounds (BGs) to bring your projects to life, and how to use clean-up techniques, correcting those small 3D errors in a practical way.

4. Practical Module: High-Duration Exterior Scene

1. In this module, we will create a scene together from scratch, with a 10-second duration and a camera that travels a long path. You will see all the difficulties that this type of camera presents, learning to overcome this challenge in practice.

5. Practical Module: Scene with 180° Camera

For more complex camera scenes, we will learn how to export the camera from 3DS MAX to Corona Render.

We will learn how to insert animated footage into your scenes, in addition to applying effects that add that special touch.

We will see how to assemble custom assets, combining various techniques and using Photoshop to aid in the creation.

6. Drone Video Insertion (Coming Soon)

In this module, we will work together on inserting a 3D building into a video shot by a drone. The goal is to make everything fit together perfectly, using rotoscoping, clean-up, and color and contrast adjustments to ensure a realistic result.

7. AI with After Effects (Coming Soon)

In this module, you will learn to integrate Artificial Intelligence into your Archviz projects, using paid tools to generate animated footage. Exploring the creation of custom elements, such as dynamic skies, moving characters, and animated objects.

It is not mandatory to render exclusively in Corona. If you use any renderer that exports render elements, such as Vray, Arnold, Redshift, Blender Cycles, among others, this course is suitable for you. If you use Lumion, Enscape, D5 Render, or Unreal Engine, it is important to note that there are limitations on the render elements and file formats that can be exported by these software. This does not compromise the learning process but may limit the resources available for post-production in your own renders.

Upon purchasing the course, you will have lifetime access to the content; however, support will be available for 1 year.

The platform hosting the course offers the opportunity to try it for 15 days. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied or realize that it is not right for you, you can request a refund without the need for justification. However, when you opt for a refund, it is important to note that access to the Discord group and other course benefits will be revoked.
